No. Clinical screening collects information for a clinician’s assessment. A property’s animal portal is an administrative process run by that property or its vendor. Ask the housing provider where to submit an assistance-animal accommodation request.
Residence is not the clinical test. The assessment considers a disability-related need and the support the animal provides. Explain those facts honestly; the clinician may determine that a letter is not supported.
